Water Tracker ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information We Collect

Water Tracker is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

• Water intake logs — stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device.
• App settings — your daily goal and notification preferences are stored locally in UserDefaults.
• Purchase receipts — if you purchase a Premium subscription, Apple processes the transaction. We receive only a confirmation of your entitlement via StoreKit; we do not receive your payment details.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information.
• We do not use analytics SDKs or third-party trackers.
• We do not share any data with third parties.
• We do not have a backend server that stores your data.

Notifications

With your permission, Water Tracker sends local push notifications to remind you to drink water. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and are not transmitted to any server. You can disable notifications at any time in the app's Settings tab or in your iPhone's Settings.

In-App Purchases

Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. All billing is handled by Apple under their Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Water Tracker does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The app does not collect personal data from any user.

Data Deletion

All your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app from your iPhone. There is no account to delete because we don't create one.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
