Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Water Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Water Tracker for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

Premium Subscriptions

Water Tracker offers optional Premium plans (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime) that unlock additional features.

Payment: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
Auto-renewal: Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds: All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly.
Lifetime: The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that provides access for as long as the app is available.

Health Disclaimer

Water Tracker is a wellness tool designed to help you track your daily water intake. It is not a medical application and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The hydration tips and recommendations in the app are for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

Availability

We strive to keep Water Tracker available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Water Tracker. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
